The Bank Holiday Festival Marks the Official Opening of Studio 92/94 featuring Music Artists Raresh, Ray Mang, Michelle Manetti, DJ Itchy Rich and More.

Hackney Wick’s finest canalside venue, Number 90, opens its doors for a Bank Holiday Weekender Special. From 24th – 27th August, the venue will host a summer festival of music, art, culture, food and drink, with pop ups and art activations to be unveiled throughout the bank holiday programme. The Bank Holiday Festival marks the official opening of Studio 92/94, Number 90’s neighbouring venue, nestled right next door. This will be the grand unveiling of the new and multifaceted Studio 92/94 adding a new dimension and versatility to not just Number 90, but also to Hackney Wick’s already burgeoning creative tapestry. 
 The full Studio 92/94 programme is still to be released, so watch this space, but, what better way to announce the arrival of this amazing space than with one of the finest purveyors of house and techno?

 

Romanian spinner Raresh drops by for one of his seminal Half Baked sets. This will be a seperate ticketed events with tickets available online for the Saturday evening at 94. As well as a new food menu showcase there will be live art in action, with East London’s finest illustrators creating new works of art throughout the venue over the course of the evening.

Kicking things off on the Friday, we welcome one of the finest disco selectors in Ray Mang, who will provide an intimate showdown of some of the finest disco gems from across the globe. Ray Mang invites Fernando Pulichino to join him on the night, both artists will most certainly be doing more than just wetting the palette for the weekend to come.

Moving on to Saturday, Number 90 will be transporting the sandy shores of Ibiza to Hackney Wick, as We Are Balearic curate an all day 18 hour long party, capturing the true open air terrazza vibes of the early Ibizan parties. W.A.B. will be igniting the day terrace with some blazing hot rotations, until, Ibiza legend DJ Alfredo; joined by Terry Farley and support, invites you back inside to deliver the finale. The Father of The Balearic Beat will keep you moving until the early hours of Sunday morning no doubt. DJ Itchy Rich will spin the beats inside Number 90 into the evening, whilst NVWLS supply cosmic beats to accompany the beers throughout the daytime on the open terrace. South London DJ’s Raw Silk are joined by Michelle Manetti who’ll be laying down a spicy blend of house beats with a kick, in keeping with the Bloody Mary theme of the day.

 

This rounds the extended weekend programme off in style as the dust settles on an amazing and dynamic Number 90 bank holiday festival. The perfect way to ease you back down from the last few days of celebrations.
