Teho & Thaylo Launch Labo T.’s Comeback With Intimate New Single ‘Belong’

Teho, the Montpellier-based producer and founder of Labo T., has teamed up with Grenoble’s Thaylo for ‘Belong’, the track that pulls the label out of a year’s hiatus. Thaylo has built serious momentum over the last few years, landing releases on imprints like Purified, Colorize, and Kontor, while his piano-focused productions earned plays from Martin Garrix, Nora En Pure, and Solomun. His earlier EP Drown In Your Eyes and its standout ‘Last Forever’ pulled in millions of Spotify streams alone, with support ranging from NPR Music to MrSuicideSheep sets. Recent cuts ‘Let Me Be’ and ‘Save Your Tears’ hit Beatport’s Top 100 Progressive House and cracked editorial playlists like Melancholia and Electronic Rising.

The single leans into Thaylo‘s signature piano work, starting with crisp chords over dynamic percussion that roots the track. As it unfolds, the central melody takes over, guiding the arrangement through subdued, reflective passages into broader, more powerful yet ethereal sections that add lift without rushing the pace. Subtle vocal fragments drift in later, adding a welcoming element for a more sophisticated listening session.

This partnership plays to both producers’ strengths with Teho‘s experience in crafting long-form melodic ideas and Thaylo‘s knack for emotional hooks rooted in progressive and deep house textures. Fans of Ben Böhmer or RÜFÜS DU SOL will recognize the shared territory, where rhythm and feeling share equal space.
