Music DJ Treasure Fingers releases ‘Bodyrocking Remixes’ with KC Lights and Grensta

With 2018 fully wrapped for Atlanta underground House label Psycho Disco! Records thanks to the release of this month’s comprehensive label compilation, ‘Psycho Disco ’18,’ they’re now ready to kick off 2019 with a fresh batch of new dancefloor must haves. Out now, label founder Treasure Fingers has tapped two of the imprint’s freshest and brightest contributors, KC Lights and Grensta, to remix his original single “Bodyrocking.”

Aptly titled the “Bodyrocking Remixes” EP, first up to bat, we have Glasgow producer KC Lights throw a UK-inspired twist on the “Bodyrocking” single that transforms the track into a balmy and hypnotic late night number. If this is your first introduction to KC Lights, you may be familiar with his official remixes of Janelle Monáe, Jax Jones, Matoma & Becky Hill, Martin Solveig, Set Mo, Motez, MK (“17”), his releases on Ultra Music, Sweat It Out!, FFRR/Big Beat, and universal critical acclaim and media support from Rinse FM, BBC Radio 1Xtra, and BBC Radio 1 where he landed a coveted Mini Mix slot on Annie Mac’s radio show in 2016.

Next up to take “Bodyrocking” into the lab, Bay-Area recruit and label veteran Grensta flips the original single into a trance-like rework that finds it’s foundation in Moog assisted synth melodies, a crunchy break down, and booty shakin’ tempo. If you’re liking Grensta’sBodyrocking” remix, be sure to check back soon for additional Grensta releases on Psycho Disco! coming later this year.
