You are sitting in a room covered in differently coloured hues of colourful smoke, a neon light shines on you as a hand reaches out from the clouds of vibrant smog. Suddenly you have the urge to dance and you can see more figures move about from a distance. You are feeling liberated and energized at this moment and then you wake up – probably feeling glum that it was all but a dream. SOFI TUKKER’s remix of Jan Blomqvist & The Bloom Twins original track ‘High On Beat’ calls to mind the euphoric feeling of stepping out from the shadows and letting your body be free to move around as you deem fit.

Jan Blomqvist couldn’t contain his excitement with this remix with his recent post to his Facebook page: “I am happy to announce that the wonderful rising electro duo @sofitukker remixed my collabo #highonbeat which I produced some months ago with @bloomtwins”
Although, the original and remix range in tempo both still carry the appreciation and enjoyment for the dancefloor. This collaboration came to be as a result of the Bloom Twins and SOFI TUKKER casually conversing at a fashion event. The end result is a vibrant remix that is bound to make you want to get up from wherever you are and just absorb the textures through dance.
